Ashley Shultz is responsible for digitalML’s customer’s success. She believes listening and tactical empathy are imperative to the role she leads today.
Previously at FedEx, Ashley oversaw FedEx’s strategic and tactical e-Commerce engagement, partnership, in with key technical partners. Schultz is best described as a “creative technologist,” adept at visualizing and implementing solutions for information management and utilization in diverse industries. She has also developed and managed strategic relationships with industry leaders, including Square, GitHub, Slack, Box, and Wise (formerly TransferWise). Inherent in these roles are Schultz’s communication and partnering skills, as well as a penchant for acquiring and sharing knowledge in formal and informal educational settings.
Schultz graduated from USF’s Executive MBA 2022 cohort with honors and successfully completed Harvard Business School’s online Credential of Readiness (CORe) Program. She received a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from the University of Florida.
